Opportunity Description

The Role

This role will support Moderna’s oncology pipeline by contributing computational analyses across research and preclinical development.

You will work at the intersection of antigen discovery, tumor immunology, and multi-omics data analysis, applying established and emerging computational approaches to help characterize tumor biology and immune responses. In this highly collaborative environment, you will partner closely with oncologists, immunologists, biologists, and platform technology teams to generate insights that inform target discovery and early-stage therapeutic development for mRNA-based cancer vaccines and immunotherapies.

Here's What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and integrate multi-omics datasets (e.g., WES/WGS, RNA-seq, single-cell) to characterize tumor antigen landscapes
  • Apply computational methods to support antigen discovery efforts and investigate tumor-immune interactions and underlying mechanisms<...
