Scrap Metal Operations Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and reliable man to help manage and oversee our scrap metal business.

• Identify and sort different types of metals accurately
• Check and evaluate scrap metal quality and value
• Supervise daily operations and workers
• Oversee buying, selling, loading, and inventory
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers
• Ensure workplace safety and smooth operations

• Experience in the scrap metal industry
• Good knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous metals
• Able to recognize copper, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, and other metal types
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Honest, hardworking, and responsible
• Able to work independently

• Forklift or machinery experience is a plus
• Basic English communication skills
