Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Attend assigned hospital at least one hour prior to each surgery
- Ensure availability and accurate set-up of products and instruments
- Place accurate products in the operating room to avoid unnecessary exits during surgery
- Check sterilization and working order of Company's products before surgery
- Follow assigned hospital's scrub policy for surgical preparation
- Count and document instruments and materials before and after surgery
- Understand accurate handling and use of all Company's products and instruments
- Clean and organize Company's instruments after each use, ensuring accurate return to logistics partner
- Inspect instruments and returned products for damage and report promptly
- Complete UID form with confirmed pricing for billing purposes
- Report on surgeon and hospital's usage of products
- Provide feedback on products and competitors
