About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in fintech and consumer technology to drive agile delivery across our cross‑functional product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer platforms, agile frameworks, and the dynamics of scaling complex digital products in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to ensure clear prioritization and alignment of sprint goals.
- Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
