Opportunity Description
Main Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Guide the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles
Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions
Foster close collaboration between development teams and stakeholders
Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization
Monitor project progress and ensure transparency on deliverables
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
