We are actively sourcing an experienced Scrum Master II for a high-impact Digital e PLM (enterprise Product Lifecycle Management) program with a leading U. This is a full-time, dedicated embedded role — not advisory or part-time.

You will be the embedded Scrum Master for an e PLM delivery team, responsible for disciplined Agile execution, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement in a complex enterprise environment. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Monitor and act on Scrum and Kanban metrics — flow efficiency, throughput, WIP, cycle time Drive continuous improvement and increasing Agile maturity across the team 5+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience (dedicated SM role, not hybrid)

Scrum Master certification — CSM, PSM, or equivalent
