We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with strong SAFe Agile expertise to lead and support Agile delivery teams within a fast-paced technology environment. The successful candidate will drive Agile best practices, facilitate delivery excellence, remove impediments, and coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe principles to ensure successful project execution and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and reviews
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum and SAFe methodologies and promote Agile maturity across the business
- Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritisation, and delivery planning
- Identify and remove blockers impacting team delivery and performance
