The Sea Logistics Intern (Customer Care) will be responsible supporting CCL team to deliver customer excellence by creating files, updating data into KN and customers systems, handover documents to customers.

**How you create impact**

+ To drive customer engagement, satisfaction + reactivation in close cooperation operational care centres (OCC).
+ To establish + strengthen operational relation to customer contact(s) through daily interactions, handover documents to customers on time.
