SEA Sales Manager (Industrial equipments/ F&B)

We are looking for a technically strong Sales Manager to drive business growth across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. You will develop client relationships and close sales opportunities across Heat Transfer Systems, Food & Water Solutions, Oils & Fats Processing, Water Treatment, Filtration Solutions, Ion Exchange Resin, RO Membrane, and Industrial Process industries.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive sales growth and manage key client relationships across the SEA region
• Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company targets
• Provide technical consultation and deliver proposals tailored to client needs
• Collaborate across engineering, project, and product teams within a matrix organisation
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity across the region
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client visits
• Report pipeline, forecast, and sales performance to senior management
