Seafreight Operational Excellence (OPEX) Manager

The role is providing expertise, insights, and leadership to strengthen operational performance across the organization. It brings regional standards and improvement initiatives to country level, ensuring they reach the operator's desk, are adopted in daily work, and deliver measurable results.

Stakeholder engagement & reporting
. Work closely with the Country Head of Seafreight as a strategic operational partner
. Provide regular reporting to the regional OPEX Director around project status, adoption levels, data quality, blockers, and risks
. Engage operational leads as active owners of standards and continuous improvement
. Feed local insights and lessons learned back to the regional OPEX Director to improve blueprint and training across the wider region
