Role Overview

At Soho House, a Runner plays a vital supporting role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of service between the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams. As a key link in the dining experience, the Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the service areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist waiting staff and ensure members receive a superior experience.
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen (or drinks orders from the bar) to members’ tables.
• Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment.
• Provide service to and be accountable for an assigned section.
• Polish cutlery and prepare additions to tables in advance.
