JOB DESCRIPTION

The Kitchen Department is currently looking for a Second Cook. This position involves delegating tasks and ensuring high quality preparation of all food items in a timely manner. The successful candidate is a dedicated, passionate individual who is knowledgeable; customer service oriented and with al proven demonstrated abilities in a professional kitchen.

Reporting to the Sous Chefs, the successful candidate is an enthusiastic, organized, and service oriented individual. Duties will include setting up all food preparations for functions according to MTCC culinary and food sanitation standards.
