Job Description

Position Summary The Secondary Ground Paramedic provides patient care under the direct supervision of a Primary Paramedic while gaining experience and proficiency in advanced life support practices. This role is designed for newly certified paramedics who are in the process of completing CareFlite's clearance program to become a Primary Paramedic. The Secondary Paramedic assists in patient assessment, treatment, and transport while prioritizing safety, learning, and teamwork.
