Key Responsibilities

• Support students across Key Stage 4, helping them achieve success in their GCSEs, particularly within your specialist subject area.
• Work closely with class teachers to deliver targeted support, raise attainment, and build students’ confidence in their learning.
• Provide tailored interventions, one‑to‑one support, and small group work to support students with special educational needs, ensuring all learners can access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
