Secondary Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across the school. Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff, you will help students access the curriculum, manage behaviour positively, and develop both academically and socially. The role involves supporting individuals and small groups, assisting in the classroom, and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
