We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Secretary, Life Insurance.
In this role you will:
- Responsible for providing dedicated, administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Executive for ensuring timely completion and compliance with established internal standards
- Provide high quality email, diary management and travel services to support the effectiveness of the senior executive
- Serves as a liaison with others within and outside the company handling activities such as event planning, travel arrangements and project follow up
- Effective management of the team administration and risks
- Monitor the business operations and areas of accountability regularly
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of business information
