Duties & Responsibilities:
Executive & Calendar Management
Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangement.
Prioritize schedules, anticipate conflicts, and proactively manage changes in a fast-moving environment.
Prepare meeting agendas, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution.
Communication & Correspondence
Screen, prioritize, and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
Draft, type, and format emails, letters, reports, and documents as required.
Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholder.
Document & Information Management
Maintain an efficient filing and document management system (physical and digital).
Ensure critical documents and information are accurate, updated, and readily accessible.
