Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Maximizing related section productivity and driving sales with commercial execution and excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Working closely with Store Manager to meet goals within the section, overseeing store inventories for the section, and ensuring the highest level of accuracy
- Providing leadership for the section team, implementing and tracking LC Waikiki standards for the section, and inspiring the team to achieve them
- Establishing and maintaining high standards of store layout and visual merchandising in line with corporate standards
Requirements
- Diplome/Bachelor Degree is a plus
- Malaysian citizen only
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a managerial position
- Able to demonstrate financial awareness and a commercial mindset, continuously thinking of ways to drive sales and manage costs
