Job Description
We are looking for an experienced people manager who can proactively supervise teams, support operational performance against SLA and KPI requirements, and drive efficiencies through effective day-to-day management of frontline delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day supervisory management of KAN front-line Cleaning Placemakers. Support direct and indirect account teams with general cleaning and service delivery queries. Proactively manage teams to ensure all client SLAs are met and placemakers remain fully compliant. Work in collaboration with the OSC job management team to deliver performance in line with contractual SLA/KPI requirements. Conduct planned visits with each placemaker, ensuring a minimum visit frequency of every six weeks.
