SECURITIES TRANSFER OFFICER

Mission

Ensure the clients' assets delivery/receipt for all the activities associated with the transfer of securities to a different financial establishment or within the Bank.

This includes all type of assets with expertise primarily required in alternative assets such as mutual funds, Private Equities and Hedge Funds

Effective date: ASAP.

Main responsibilities

• Crossed analysis of the received information: custodian’s swifts, agent prospectus, contract notes and financial providers such as: Bloomberg, Telekurs.
• Perform control of reconciliation of holdings, entitlements determination, pending positions management.
• Be able to manage and control securities transfer instructions received from Wealth Management and external parties (transfer IN/OUT/Internal and funds registration process).
