What You’ll Do

The Security and Compliance Lead oversees the compliance to the TTEC Information Security Policy and compliance to the Contractual Standards for specified clients. Functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The role exists to ensure regular auditing of all internal departments takes place to drive calibration across the infrastructure.

You’ll report to the Manager, Information Security. You will serve as a trusted advisor internally and externally by providing learning innovation, technology expertise, and upskilling and reskilling on AI‑enabled learning design, delivery, coaching, and performance tools.
