SECURITY ASSISTANT (OFFICE AUTOMATION)

Summary You will serve as a SECURITY ASSISTANT (OA) in the Public Safety Division of NAVSTA GREAT LAKES SEC DET. Responsibilities You will maintain subject matter files and records that relate to work of the unit. You will receive incoming correspondence, screening material prior to distribution for suspense dates, establishing controls, and following up for supervisor. You will establish and maintain security records where you are expected to recognize, locate, and insert certain kinds of data/information You will be responsible for specific activities such as operating an established pass and identification system.
