SECURITY ESTATE TECHNICAL MANAGER

SUMMARY:
Our client has an urgent vacancy for a Security Estate Technical Manager in Meyersdal, Alberton . POSITION INFO:
TECHNICAL MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION & SPECIFICATION   Reports to the Estate Manager or the Board when standing in for the Estate Manager. The maintenance crew reports to him. Estate Management and Staff will report to him when the Estate Manager is not available.

• 1.    SHORT TERM RESPONSIBILITIES (Daily and Weekly)

1.1  BUILDING/CONSTRUCTION �.             Regularly inspect roads and sidewalks for damages/wear caused by contractor activities i.e. deliveries made, pump truck jacks, or damages to water connections and/or other infrastructure.
