Opportunity Description
We are looking for a permanent Security Guard.
The role will be working shift patterns; 4 days on and 4 days off across both day and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Patrolling Wingates and Firebird sites when appropriate to ensure security presence is recognised, reporting all issues and completing patrol log sheets.
- To act quickly during any emergency situation, directing people towards safety and liaising with the emergency services and site engineers.
- Logging of all visitors/contractors and delivery vehicles.
- Random bag and vehicle checks.
- Cover for holidays and sickness within the security team.
- Accepting and logging all deliveries and contacting relevant managers.
- Monitor staff access and egress via swipe turnstile.
- Monitor CCTV coverage of the site for unusual activity and report.
- Keep accurate and up to date records of site activity.
