Job Family:
People and CommsOur SOC is structured differently. We do not operate a traditional Level 1 function. Instead, automation handles initial triage and noise reduction, enabling our SOC L2 analysts to focus on meaningful investigations, decision-making, and response. SOC L2 works closely with SOC L3 analysts across multiple time zones to manage complex incidents and continuously enhance our operations and how we work.
This role operates on a shift-based model and requires strong collaboration within a global team.
Your goal / purpose will be to ensure that enterprise and sector / practice group people priorities are embedded effectively, risks are managed, and managers are equipped to lead their teams through transition.
