Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast‑paced retail environment, staying alert, responsive and ready to step in when needed.
• Provide customer service, greeting customers and delivering professional support to both customers and colleagues.
• Maintain store safety and security: prevent loss, respond to incidents and support risk‑management practices.
• Operate store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body‑worn cameras, to support store operations and incident management.
