Job Description
- To lead and direct a team of Security Officers in line with the site Assignment Instructions.
- Responsible for rostering staff and ensuring that the site is fully staffed at all times by liaising closely with the Branch Manager and Operations Manager.
- To assist with the recruitment of Security Officers as directed by the Branch Manager.
- Responsible for completing timely reporting as directed by the Branch Manager.
- To provide a first point of contact for all visitors, contractors and staff to the site.
- Provide guidance and help to all visitors, contractors and staff to the site.
- To maintain the security of the staff, premises and perimeter.
- To use CCTV for monitoring (where applicable).
- To provide reports and make recommendations following any incidents.
- To reduce all health and safety risks of by adopting a proactive approach to potential incidents.
