Opportunity Description
What we are looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security operations within a luxury hotel, high-end resort or equivalent setting.
- Proven track record of leading and supervising a security team in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
- In‑depth knowledge of security operations including surveillance systems, access control, emergency procedures and risk management.
- Strong understanding of local laws, regulations and safety compliance standards relevant to hotel operations.
- Formal security training certifications or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop team members.
- Calm, decisive and professional approach to handling emergencies, conflicts and high‑pressure situations.
