to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare security personnel supporting the

Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH)

portfolio across diverse healthcare environments. You will play a key role in supporting a relational security approach focused on proactive engagement, professionalism, communication, de-escalation, violence prevention, and patient-centred interactions. This role will help equip frontline healthcare security teams with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to respond effectively to behavioural, safety, and emergency-related situations while working collaboratively with healthcare staff, patients, and visitors.
