Seeking occasional babysitter for 5-year-old on weekends

We are looking for a reliable and friendly babysitter for our energetic 5-year-old. This is for occasional, short notice weekend sessions and some weekday evenings when needed. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with young children, be comfortable with arts and crafts, and able to follow a simple routine including snack time, play, and bedtime prep. We value safety, good communication, and a calm, patient approach. Fluency in English is preferred, with basic Irish accommodation knowledge a plus. We would appreciate references and a willingness to undergo a basic background check. Availability for unpredictable but regular hours is a bonus.
