**Job Description**

Cintas is seeking a Segment Marketing Manager to join our team and create impactful marketing campaigns from beginning through completion. Along the creation journey this position will build and implement strategic tasks and projects aimed at raising awareness and consideration among B2B decision makers. This position is crucial in aiding our service and sales teams to retain and expand our customer base, secure new business opportunities, and consistently enhance Cintas’ value proposition for both current clients and potential prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Messaging and Positioning

+ Craft compelling messaging that clearly communicates the value proposition of Cintas products and services to resonate with the B2B target audience.
