Overview

We are a successful HR consultancy offering a franchise opportunity to experienced HR professionals. This role allows you to build and run your own HR consultancy under our established brand.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand your client base, utilising our marketing resources and network of referrers.
• Provide commercially sound, tailored HR advice to employers across all sectors.
• Deliver HR and training services, including strategy, leadership development and organisational development.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients, ensuring high quality consulting services.
• Participate in monthly team meetings and one‑to‑one business support sessions.
• Use our reporting platform (iReport) to offer investigation work to clients.
