We are a successful HR consultancy offering a franchise opportunity to experienced HR professionals. This role allows you to build and run your own HR consultancy under our established brand.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand your client base, utilising our marketing resources and network of referrers.
- Provide commercially sound, tailored HR advice to employers across all sectors.
- Deliver HR and training services, including strategy, leadership development and organisational development.
- Maintain and grow relationships with clients, ensuring high quality consulting services.
- Participate in monthly team meetings and one‑to‑one business support sessions.
- Use our reporting platform (iReport) to offer investigation work to clients.
