Semantic web technologies:

• In-depth understanding of RDF, OWL, and SKOS (Resource Description Framework, Web Ontology Language, Simple Knowledge Organization System).
• Experience in implementing and maintaining semantic applications, ontologies, and linked data solutions.Proficiency in SPARQL for querying, integrating, and extracting insights from semantic data.
• Data, semantic interoperability and standards:
• Experience with open data publishing, linked data principles, and making data available in machine-readable formats.
• Expertise in data standardisation, data modelling, semantic interoperability frameworks, and best practices.
• Familiarity with tools for reference data management and sharing.

Collaboration and training:

• Proven experience in collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
