• Design and implement effective strategies to enhance in-store shopper experience and optimize the role of Beauty Advisors (BA) in driving sales performance.
• Translate strategies into actionable execution through strong BA management and programs aligned with shopper and brand needs.
• Drive target achievement by developing BA capabilities through training and development initiatives to improve productivity and sales outcomes.
• Build Beauty Advisors with strong brand expertise who can deliver impactful shopping experiences and inspire teams in the field.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
