π‘ The Role
We are looking for a dynamic SEMH Lead Teacher to manage and develop a SEMH unit within a mainstream primary provision. You will:
Lead teaching and learning, providing high-quality, personalised support
Support pupilsβ emotional regulation, behaviour, and wellbeing, using trauma-informed and positive behaviour strategies
Collaborate with mainstream staff, the SENCO, and external professionals
Mentor and guide staff within the unit, sharing best practice and innovative SEMH strategies
Monitor pupil progress, maintain accurate records, and report outcomes
