SEMH Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support, Immediate Start

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Full-Time SEMH Teaching Assistant for a friendly school in the East Midlands starting June 1, 2026. This role supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs and offers a temp-to-perm opportunity.

The ideal candidate will provide 1:1 and small group interventions, support behaviour management, and assist teachers in an inclusive environment. Experience in educational support is essential.

A daily compensation of £100-130 depending on experience is offered.
