Job Description

We are looking to recruit Support workers/ sports coaches/Health care/support staff to work in a SEMH school in Smiths wood/Castle Brom . This is a long term role starting ASAP and continuing into September.

If you have had experience in working with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), ADHD or pupils with challenging behaviour, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. If short on experience but can make up for it with the energy and passion you can bring then get in contact ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastic, hard-working and highly motivated individual to work one-to-one and within small groups, under the guidance of the SENDCO and class teacher.
• Able to work independently with a student on a 1 to 1 basis or with a group of students.
• Give flexible and focused support and commit to supporting SEND pupils.
