Overview

We are looking for a resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant with experience supporting students with additional behavioural needs. You will build positive relationships, encourage engagement in education and support the school’s goal of helping students improve confidence, emotional regulation and learning engagement.

Responsibilities

Support students both in and out of the classroom, help manage behaviour, provide emotional support, and create a positive learning environment.

• Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs
