Full-time or Part-time, starting as soon as possible. We are seeking committed SEMH Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs across a variety of school settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
• Assist teachers in creating a calm and inclusive classroom environment
• Implement behaviour management strategies and personalised support plans
• Support pupils' emotional well-being and encourage positive social interactions
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
• Promote resilience and independence in pupils through tailored interventions
