Our client is seeking an Semi-Skilled Diesel Mechanic to join the Markman, Port Elizabeth team,

Responsibilities Assist in servicing and repairing dieselengines on trucks and trailers Perform routine maintenance such as oilchanges, filter replacements, lubrication, and brake inspections. Assist with engine overhauls, gearboxrepairs, clutch replacements, and differential work. Conduct fault finding under supervision usingdiagnostic tools and equipment. Inspect vehicles and equipment to identifymechanical and electrical issues Replace worn or damaged parts includingbelts, hoses, brake components, and batteries Maintain accurate job cards and maintenancerecords. Ensure compliance with Occupational Healthand Safety (OHS) standards Keep work area clean and organized accordingto company policies. Provide breakdown assistance when required.
