The Semiconductor Manufacturing Technician maintains, troubleshoots, and optimizes wafer fabrication equipment in a cleanroom environment, with a focus on diffusion, LPCVD, PVD, spin, and lithography systems across 200mm and 300mm platforms. This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnoses issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and signal path analysis, and completes board-level repairs with standard electrical test equipment. The technician supports complex subsystems such as vacuum, gas delivery, RF/DC power, and temperature control while strictly following contamination control protocols.
