SEN Learning Support Assistant — 1:1 Impact in Grays

Teaching Personnel is seeking a compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming school in Grays. This role involves supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) through tailored 1:1 and group activities, aiming to enhance their learning journey and personal development.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the class teacher and other staff to create a nurturing environment. Consistent support five days a week is highly desired. A successful candidate will positively impact the educational journey of children with additional needs.
