SEN Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and highly committed individual to support the strategic development and day‑to‑day implementation of our school’s Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision.

Tenby Tropicana Aman is a purpose‑built campus located in a suburban area near Kuala Lumpur, serving 500+ students aged 3‑16 across primary and secondary levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support classroom instruction by providing one‑to‑one or small group support to SEN students.
• Assist with student care, supporting students with personal, social, or physical needs.
• Manage classroom behaviour and motivate students using positive reinforcement.
• Prepare learning materials, teaching aids, and resources as directed.
• Observe and report student progress, challenges, and behaviour to the SEN teacher.
• Contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
