An exciting opportunity has become available for a Teaching Assistant to join a specialist Alternative Provision setting in Tewkesbury. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting young people who may have struggled in mainstream education and is committed to helping them re‑engage with learning.

This small and supportive provision works with students aged 11–18 who benefit from a more personalised and structured approach to education. Many pupils have SEMH needs, alongside additional challenges such as autism, communication difficulties and learning barriers. The setting in Tewkesbury focuses heavily on removing barriers to learning and helping students rebuild confidence and develop positive pathways for the future.
