LSA Required – SEMH Secondary School – Egham

We are currently seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a SEMH secondary school in Egham.

Monday to Friday
8:30am – 3:30pm

The successful candidate will have:

• 
  

  Previous experience supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs within a classroom environment

• 
  

  Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students

• 
  

  A calm, patient, and resilient approach

• 
  

  A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential
