About the role
ERS Education is recruiting experienced SEN Tutors for supply, long-term, and permanent positions across London. We work with local authorities and specialist provisions to place tutors for pupils educated other than at school (EOTAS) — as well as 1:1 tuition roles within special schools and SEN units.
This is a rewarding and flexible role that makes a direct difference to some of London's most vulnerable young people. Our tutors work with pupils who are unable to attend school due to complex SEND, medical needs, SEMH difficulties, or following exclusion — providing consistent, high-quality education that many of these children would otherwise miss.
What you will be doing
- Delivering structured 1:1 or small group tuition to pupils with SEN in a home, community, hospital, or school-based setting
