We’re on the lookout for a brilliant SEND Support Educators to work across welcoming primary schools in Mitcham. Five days a week. Consistent work. Proper support. The kind of role where you’re not just filling a gap, you’re changing a child’s school experience for the better!

You’ll be supporting pupils with additional needs who are working on an Education, Health and Care Plan. That means patience, creativity, and a calm, steady presence. 

What your days will look like

• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Helping pupils access learning in a way that works for them
• Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs
• Creating a safe, encouraging space where children feel understood
