Experienced SEND Teaching Assistant – ASD & SEMH Support Finchley | Full-Time | September Start Some children don't need someone to simply sit beside them—they need someone who understands them. We're looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Finchley, supporting a number of pupils with Autism, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs on a full-time basis from September. This isn't a role where every day follows the same routine. Some students need support to regulate their emotions before they can begin learning. Others need consistency, patience and someone who can recognise the small wins that make a huge difference over time. The successful candidate will become an important part of the school's SEND team, providing tailored support both inside and outside the classroom.
