Senior 2D Game Environment Concept Artist

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for defining and maintaining the game’s art style, ensuring overall visual consistency and alignment with the product positioning.
Act as an art partner/lead, leading the art team, managing art resource allocation and production schedules, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Work closely with game designers and programmers to ensure that the game’s visual effects are well aligned with gameplay design.
Continuously monitor and research popular market art styles and visual presentation techniques, and provide creative suggestions for art innovation.
Establish and optimize the art production workflow to improve overall team efficiency and artwork quality.
Job Requirements
Proficient in environment concept art, with the ability to manage and coordinate the art team and guide team members in their professional growth.
