About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Accessories Designer to lead the design and delivery of innovative, premium accessories collections that elevate brand identity and drive commercial success. Please attach your portfolio for consideration. This position is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end design process, from trend research and concept creation through to final product delivery.
- Develop mood boards, colour palettes and key shapes that reflect innovation and strong brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with Buying, Merchandising and Technical teams to deliver commercially successful collections.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring clear design briefs, strong communication and high‑quality sampling outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement through in‑season development, trend analysis and a test‑and‑learn approach.
